About us
We believe what unites us are the rights we have and should all enjoy as human beings. We
each expect to have the freedom to pursue what we want from our lives without having to
relentlessly fight for it. Yet this opportunity to live freely, without significant barriers, is not
afforded to all Australians. This reality drives us – a collective of diverse people – to tackle,
disrupt and dismantle the barriers which stand in the way of far too many members of our
community.
We operate within a philosophy of individual risk management based on supporting dignity of
risk for each participant accessing services through us. We provide services based on the best
interests of every participant, their family and support network, to build capacity and
independence for participants accessing our services.
We strive to provide a safe environment for all our stakeholders including staff, contractors’ and
participants using our services. We ensure premises are accessible and provide a flexible and
responsive service which can respond to everyone’s needs.
We are committed to creating a culture of excellence, achieved through dedication to
inclusion, participation, and empowerment. We provide a range of services to best
support you in your NDIS and personal care journey.
- We will listen to you, maintain the integrity of your choice and control, and provide flexible care. Our main goal is to support participants to maintain independence and enhancement of well-being.
- Progressive Transformational Leadership.
- Partnered with reputable SDA Providers.
- Our Support Workers are experienced, and their empathy and caring with compassion is second to none.
- Providing Continuity of Care to our participants is one of our key focus areas.
- Committed to growing our organization sustainably (quality over quantity).
- Passionate about “Bringing People & Communities Together” to share information, ideas and identify healthy positive working partnerships

Directors & Co.founders Message
Rana Nabeel
DIRECTOR & CO.FOUNDER
We have a strong commitment to supporting and advocating for people with disabilities, and after working in the field for more than 6 years, We believed the time was perfect to start a service that would help these individuals in a way that suited their requirements rather than the other way around. What began as a modest one-person service in Albury/Wodonga in 2018 has since expanded to the greater Melbourne area and surrounding areas, employing over 50 people who serve more than 30 disabled individuals. My team and we share a vision that prioritises people, putting them at the heart of all the assistance and services we offer.
That entails probing for information and making sure we know what a person wants and needs in order to match them with the support system and pursuits that will help them live their best lives. We extremely proud of the work we do and humbled by the number of disabled individuals and their families who put their faith in us to help them realise their dreams of being able to live, work, and play in their neighbourhoods.
